Today, I successfully made the first Eggs Benedict in my entire life.
I couldn’t find any Parma Ham in the nearby market, so I had to use the salty bacon instead, which… didn’t work well.
Anyway, at least the process, which turned the ingredients into the dish, was delightful. That’s the most important part to me.
